SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow does today ever feel like summer. I love it. I keep wanting to go outside and bathe in the sun. It really cheers me up amongst other things.....

So now that I am more awake what are my plans for this summer, well for one thing I do plan on doing a lot more of outdoors stuff and sightseeing. Of course I will have to bring my camera so I can post on my "Eye on the Valley" blog. I do plan on adding quite a few things on there, Gatineau and Ottawa has alot of nice sites to see which I often dub "hidden treasures". It would be nice to share to people how amazing some of theses places are. Especially now that the sun is showing itself more.

Within the dept of my heart
Lies hidden emotions
slowly breaking through a barrier
demanding to be let free
providing an intense feeling of content

As I lay in the grass
enjoying the summer breeze
blowing my hair gently
like a soft caress
I wonder what may lie ahead for me

While the kids run free
playing with anything they can get their hands on
I watched , a gentle smile on my face
thinking of when I was just like them
caring of nothing but self-fufilment

I dream of a time
when i could simply let go
without worry
of friends so easily made
and I think how the world has changed since then
